Passion and Purpose
Serving neurodiverse individuals isn't just a job for me; it's a calling. I believe that everyone deserves respect, understanding, and the chance to thrive.
Whether it's developing & supporting individualized goals, fostering social skills, or celebrating small victories, I'm dedicated to making a difference.
Supporting Growth
I see potential in every participant, and I'm committed to nurturing their strengths while addressing their unique needs.
My goal is to create an environment and social opportunities where neurodiverse youth can flourish, learn, and build confidence.
As someone deeply committed to making a positive impact in the lives of neurodiverse individuals, I bring a unique perspective and unwavering passion to this community.
Background
I have a twin brother who is neurodiverse, including having Autism. Growing up alongside him has given me invaluable insights into the challenges and strengths of neurodivergent individuals.
I graduated from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University, where I honed my understanding of education, inclusion, and advocacy.
Professional Journey
Since 2015, I've been working for AZ Aspire Academy, a Special Education Private Day School. This experience has allowed me to witness firsthand the transformative power of personalized support and tailored learning environments.
My commitment extends beyond the classroom. I actively seek out opportunities to collaborate with families, therapists, and other professionals to create holistic and effective strategies for growth and opportunities.
