Social Artistry is designed to support neurodiverse youth in developing essential social skills through creative expression. This program combines art activities with social skills training to foster communication, collaboration, and self-confidence in a fun and engaging environment. We look forward to welcoming participants and helping them grow both socially and artistically.

Program Structure

Class Breakdown

  • Welcome and Warm-Up: Icebreaker activities to help participants feel comfortable and ready to engage.

  • Art Activity: Guided art projects such as painting, drawing, sculpture, or mixed media. Each project is designed to encourage creativity and self-expression.

  • Social Skills Lesson: Interactive lessons on topics such as active listening, sharing, taking turns, and expressing emotions. Lessons include role-playing, group discussions, and social stories.

  • Group Activity: Collaborative art projects or games that reinforce the social skills lesson and encourage teamwork.

  • Reflection and Sharing: Participants share their artwork and discuss what they learned during the session. This helps reinforce the skills and build confidence

Kaylee Miles

Program Director-Social Artistry

Guided by Kaylee Miles, a dedicated and passionate artist & professional with years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis. As a Board Certified Autism Technician, she has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting children with autism and their families, ensuring they receive the highest quality of care and education.

With a background in early childhood education, Kaylee has spent several years teaching children, fostering their development and growth during these crucial formative years. Her expertise in early childhood education is complemented by her deep understanding of ABA principles, making her a versatile and effective educator.

In addition to her teaching and ABA experience, Kaylee is also an accomplished artist and art teacher. She has successfully run an ABA Art program, where she combined her love for art with her professional skills to create a therapeutic and enriching environment for children. Kaylee is experienced with a wide range of art mediums, allowing her to offer diverse and engaging art experiences to her students.

Kaylee's passion for working with children and supporting families drives her commitment to excellence in her role at Social Artistry. She is dedicated to helping every child reach their full potential through creative expression and social skill development.
