  • Social skills groups are structured programs where neurodiverse children learn and practice essential social and communication skills in a supportive environment.

  • Neurodiverse children, including those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), and intellectual disabilities, can benefit from these groups.We are not limited by any diagnosis or unique need. We are an inclusive environment!

  • By practicing social interactions, children gain confidence, learn to read social cues, and develop meaningful connections with peers.

  • Role-playing, visual supports, social stories, and group activities are embedded and used to teach and reinforce skills.

  • Practice greetings, encourage flexible behaviors, and create opportunities for playdates and social interactions. We provide individualized “practice plans” for participants to utilize at home and outside of our groups.

  • Patience is essential. Progress may be gradual, but consistent practice leads to improvement.

  • Our All Star Minds Program is grouped by ages and all sports practiced are adapted and tailored to those participant’s abilities and development.

  • We serve ages 5-22. Participants are grouped with same-aged peers.

  • We utilize various adaptive fitness equipment paired with knowledgeable staff equipped to train, coach, and support participants with all ranges of physical and cognitive needs.

  • Focus on fun and participation rather than competition.

  • Teamwork, social skills, physical fitness, and discipline.
